Services Provided

Cost 4 Estimating provides construction quantity takeoff and cost estimating services for bidding purposes only. We do not provide construction management, contracting, engineering, architectural, or on-site services. Our deliverables are professional estimating tools intended to assist clients in preparing construction bids.

Client Responsibilities

• Provide Accurate, Complete, and Legible Project Documents for Each Service Request
• Submit Plans and Scope Information in A Timely Manner Relative to Your Bid Deadline
• Review All Deliverables Before Using Them in A Bid Submission
• Maintain the Confidentiality of Any Login Credentials or Account Access
• Use Our Deliverables only For Lawful Bidding and Estimating Purposes

Payment Terms

• Payment is Due upon Delivery for Single-Trade Takeoffs Unless Otherwise Agreed in Writing
• Monthly Package Invoices Are Due on The First Business Day of Each Billing Cycle
• We Accept Payment via Credit Card, Bank Transfer and Other Methods Listed on Our Website
• Overdue Balances May Be Subject to A 1.5% Monthly Late Fee
• We Reserve the Right to Withhold Deliverables until Payment Is Confirmed

Intellectual Property

Estimates and takeoff documents delivered to clients become the property of the client upon full payment. Pre-existing tools, templates, methodologies, and proprietary systems used by Cost 4 Estimating remain our intellectual property and may not be reproduced without written consent.

Cancellation Policy

Orders cancelled before work begins will receive a full refund. Orders cancelled after work has started will be charged a pro-rata fee based on work completed. Monthly packages may be cancelled with 30 days’ written notice. No partial-month refunds are issued.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on our website with the revised effective date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
