We provide professional construction takeoff and cost estimating services, exclusively for bidding purposes. We quantify materials, labor and costs from your project plans so you can submit competitive, accurate bids. We do not manage construction, supervise projects or provide any on-site services.
A construction takeoff is a detailed measurement and count of all materials needed to complete a project pulled directly from your architectural and structural drawings. It tells you exactly how much concrete, framing lumber, ductwork, conduit or any other material your project requires. Without an accurate takeoff, your bid is a guess. With one, it’s a competitive proposal.
General contractors, subcontractors, specialty trade contractors, design-build firms and construction managers across the US use our services. If you bid on construction work residential, commercial, industrial or government, we can support your estimating process.
Standard turnaround is 24 to 48 business hours for single-trade takeoffs. Complex multi-trade estimates or larger project scopes may take 3 to 5 business days. If you have a tight bid deadline, contact us immediately, we offer expedited delivery in many cases.
We need your project drawings (PDF, DWG or Bluebeam format), a scope of work description, your bid deadline and the specific trade or trades you need estimated. The more complete your plans, the more accurate your estimate will be.
We cover all major construction trades including: concrete and masonry, framing and structural steel, drywall and finishes, roofing and waterproofing, mechanical (HVAC), electrical, plumbing, fire protection, sitework and earthwork and interior specialties. If you have a trade not listed, ask us, our team’s coverage is extensive.
We deliver estimates in Excel (most common), PDF or your preferred format. Our takeoffs follow CSI MasterFormat divisions and are structured to be submitted directly into your bid package with minimal reformatting.
Our pricing starts at $195 for a single-trade takeoff. Monthly packages for contractors with ongoing bid pipelines start at $1495 per month. For large or complex projects, we provide custom pricing within one business day. See our Pricing page for full details.
Yes, our full cost estimates include both material and labor costs, based on current US regional labor rates. If you need a takeoff only (quantities, no labor pricing), we offer that as well.
Yes. If your client, owner or agency has provided a specific bid form or cost breakdown template, send it to us and we will format our estimate to align with it.

For one-time single-trade estimates, no formal contract is required beyond accepting our service terms. For monthly package clients, we provide a simple service agreement that outlines scope, turnaround expectations and pricing.
We stand behind our work. If there is a discrepancy, error or scope that was not addressed, contact us and we will revise the estimate at no additional charge. Our goal is to give you a number you can submit with confidence.
