Quantity Takeoff Specialist (Remote | Contract)

We need takeoff specialists who can work fast and accurately on high volume projects. This is a contract based role with potential for full time conversion based on performance.

What we are looking for:

  • 2+ years of hands on quantity takeoff experience
  • Competence in Excel based takeoff documentation
  • Self driven, deadline conscious work ethic
  • Experience with multi trade takeoffs preferred
  • Familiarity with residential, commercial and industrial projects

Client Success Coordinator (Remote | Full Time)

Our growth depends on happy clients. We need a coordinator who bridges the gap between incoming project requests and our estimating team ensuring smooth delivery, clear communication and satisfied contractors.

What we are looking for:

  • Experience in a customer facing role, preferably in construction services
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously
  • Familiarity with construction terminology and bidding processes

Construction Estimator (Remote | Full Time / Part Time)

We are actively hiring experienced construction estimators to join our core delivery team. You will be responsible for producing accurate cost estimates and material takeoffs across a variety of project types.

What we are looking for:

  • 3+ years of experience in construction estimating
  • Strong understanding of CSI MasterFormat divisions
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
  • Ability to read & interpret architectural & structural drawings
  • Proficiency in Bluebeam Revu, PlanSwift or similar takeoff software
  • Experience across at least 2 trades (concrete, MEP, framing, sitework, etc.)
