We built this company around a straightforward belief: that contractors should not have to choose between speed, accuracy and affordability when it comes to estimating. The right numbers, delivered fast, at a price that makes sense, that is what we offer.
Our Story
Cost 4 Estimating was founded by construction professionals who had spent years watching capable contractors underperform at the bidding stage. Not because they lacked skill or experience, but because their estimates were too slow, too rough or too expensive to produce consistently. Our founders, a certified estimator with 18 years of commercial construction experience and a business strategist with deep roots in the US construction industry set out to build a service that filled that gap.
A company that could give any contractor from a specialty subcontractor to a general contractor in access to professional estimating support without the cost of a full in house department. That vision became Cost 4 Estimating. We launched with a small team and a clear focus. Today, we have supported over 500 bids across 35+ US states, delivered tens of thousands of line items in quantity takeoffs and helped contractors secure millions of dollars in awarded contracts.
